July 15 and 22 (6 to 8 PM) - Required Full Band Rehearsals

July 22 - Meeting to discuss band camp and golf tournament (not a Booster meeting)

July 26 - 30 - Band Camp (9 to 5)

Band Booster Meetings

Always the 3rd Thursday of
each month @ 6:30 pm
in the PHS Bandroom
unless otherwise posted (see below!!!).

MANDATORY: Next Meeting is May 20th at 6:30 PM. Parents will meet in the auditorium and students meet on the band bleachers wearing a PLAIN white t-shirt. A group picture for the Media Guide will be made at this time.

All students planning on participating in marching band for 2010-11 must attend this meeting with at least one parent.

Medical Release forms will be signed/notarized, and band camp fees may be paid at this time ($100). Charms information will also be turned in at this time. A notary will be present at no cost for your convenience. Forms may be downloaded from this main page of the band website.
